Technical Project Manager

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Manage technical projects for new products by defining the necessary technical specifications;
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with all stakeholders;
• Monitor project performance, identifying deviations from the original plan and taking corrective actions whenever necessary;
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders in the development and implementation of new projects;
• Manage project risks by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies;
• Prepare status reports;
• Support production areas;
• Create technical product lists;
• Approve all new raw materials by analysing compliance with functional and legal requirements;

We are looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Sciences/Engineering;
• Experience in Project Management;
• Proficiency in English and Spanish;
• Initiative, dynamism, and proactivity;
• Ease of interpersonal relationships;
• Analytical skills and critical thinking;
• Organizational and planning skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Strong focus on achieving goals and results;
• Intermediate knowledge of SAP;
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
