Quality Control Specialist

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the handling of complaints;
• Ensure effective communication with Production and other support areas;
• Define and update inspection methodologies and procedures;
• Ensure the availability of information and specifications necessary for product realisation;
• Ensure the preparation of Quality Reports and coordinate their analysis with Production;
• Ensure the promotion of continuous improvement;
• Verify the implementation of defined Corrective and Preventive Actions and evaluate their effectiveness;
• Collaborate with the implementation and maintenance of the Quality System.

• English B2 – Intermediate Level;
