Vale de Cambra, Portugal

(Temporary position – Replacement due to absence)

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze material procurement needs;
  • Support in purchasing raw materials, as well as tracking their delivery;
  • Create purchase orders for services or non-stocked items according to defined requisitions and conditions;
  • Seek and monitor purchase order approvals and send purchase orders to suppliers;
  • Validate invoices.

We are looking for:

  • 12th grade education or higher (preferred);
  • Experience in similar roles will be valued;
  • Initiative and results-oriented;
  • Ability to work well in a team;
  • Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office;
  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
