Market Manager

Kleszczów, Poland

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new opportunities with current and new customers;
  • Prepare, propose and implement the annual budget, monitor sales versus budget and propose corrective actions when needed;
  • Keep updated the main company instruments: annual/rolling forecast, weekly/monthly reports and pipeline;
  • Negotiate with customers: price reviews, proposals, tenders/RFQs and economic and contractual conditions;
  • Ensure execution of technical, quality and supply agreements together with Technical, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering and Sustainability teams;
  • Monitor key customer KPIs: working capital (stocks and overdues), quality complaints and service level, implementing corrective actions when required;
  • Analyse market data: volume potential, market share, competition and trends, preparing market strategic report, insights and action plan;
  • Ensure compliance with the company’s commercial policy and HSE rules.

We are looking for:

  • University degree;
  • More than 5 years of experience in commercial functions, preferably in an industrial B2B environment;
  • Basic to intermediate financial knowledge;
  • Product and industry knowledge;
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft tools;
  • Fluency in English (other languages are valued);
  • Excellent communication skills, resilience and a proactive and positive attitude;
  • Availability to travel.
