Junior Legal Specialist

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Analyzing, reviewing and drafting commercial contracts, including confidentiality agreements, employment contracts and service contracts;
• Carrying out legal research and drafting legal opinions;
• Supporting the implementation of legal compliance objectives;
• Collaboration with the company’s internal areas, providing legal support and advice on the various areas of legal practice, with a particular focus on employment, intellectual property, commercial, corporate and litigation;
• Management of legal documentation, allowing easy access and assistance to the various areas of the company.

We are looking for:

• Degree in Law (no professional license required);
• Experience/knowledge in the areas of commercial, civil, private contracts, intellectual property and labor preferred;
• Proficiency in English and Spanish;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (especially excel and word);
• Good written and oral communication;
• Good ability to manage pressure and time.
