Production Supervisor/Cell Leader

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Planning the area’s resources and identifying development/training needs;
• Analysing the weekly production plan and informing employees;
• Collecting and distributing production orders;
• Informing the programmer and production manager about deviations from the production plan and maintenance problems;
• Supporting the supervisor in problem-solving and team management;
• Analysing ways of solving problems, taking action and monitoring progress;
• Produce daily KPI reports and update the production plan;
• Implementing improvement initiatives in the area, in terms of efficiency, productivity and cost reduction.

We are looking for:

• Degree in Engineering;
• Experience in an industrial environment will be valued;
• Knowledge of the Office 365 tool;
• Fluent in English (preferred);
• Good communication skills;
• Knowledge of project management;
• Knowledge of production systems;
• Leadership skills;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Initiative and dynamism;
• Ease of interpersonal relationships;
• Organisational skills;
• Easy to adapt to new situations;
• Strong goal-orientation.
