Talent in Action: 3rd Edition of Towards Talent Ends on a High Note!
We’ve closed another edition of the Towards Talent internship programme with a bang!
Over 10 months, 10 strategic projects came to life thanks to the hands of young talents who took on the challenge of diving into the world of Colep Packaging — the biggest edition ever, with the largest group ever. And we couldn’t be proudly!
To all the students who have been part of this journey: congratulations for your commitment, for the learning curve and for challenging us on how much there is to make happen. A special mention to our winner Carolina Peralta, awarded the Best Internship of the 3rd edition!
We are already preparing the next edition and, because our Purpose is to make life easier for everyone, we are looking for people who want to breathe our Principles and want to grow in a multinational and collaborative environment.
