Funding Specialist

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Research and evaluate public incentive programs aligned with company goals;
  • Prepare and submit incentive applications, ensuring compliance with criteria and deadlines;
  • Coordinate across departments to gather/share data and execute incentive processes on time;
  • Compile, verify and submit payment requests for incentives;
  • Maintain reports on incentive compliance, tracking progress and milestones;
  • Liaise with external entities to support project development, applications and reporting;
  • Assist corporate finance tasks such as month-end closing, consolidation and planning;
  • Support the HoCF in managing finance areas like risk, treasury and reporting.

We are looking for:

  • Higher education in Economics, Management or Accounting;
  • Proven experience in similar roles;
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements related to incentive programs;
  • Advanced English (Spanish and Polish are a plus);
  • Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Well-organized, attention to detail and time management;
  • Effective communication skills and  collaborative mindset;
  • High integrity and a focus on continuous improvement.
