Funding Specialist

Main Activities and Responsibilities:
- Research and evaluate public incentive programs aligned with company goals;
- Prepare and submit incentive applications, ensuring compliance with criteria and deadlines;
- Coordinate across departments to gather/share data and execute incentive processes on time;
- Compile, verify and submit payment requests for incentives;
- Maintain reports on incentive compliance, tracking progress and milestones;
- Liaise with external entities to support project development, applications and reporting;
- Assist corporate finance tasks such as month-end closing, consolidation and planning;
- Support the HoCF in managing finance areas like risk, treasury and reporting.
We are looking for:
- Higher education in Economics, Management or Accounting;
- Proven experience in similar roles;
- Understanding of regulatory requirements related to incentive programs;
- Advanced English (Spanish and Polish are a plus);
- Knowledge of SAP and advanced Excel skills;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
- Well-organized, attention to detail and time management;
- Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset;
- High integrity and a focus on continuous improvement.
