Colep Packaging<\/a><\/strong> is thrilled to announce that, as of today, 1 January 2025, ALM, SL<\/a><\/strong> will operate under the Colep Packaging brand, adopting its corporate identity, and being governed by the principles, culture and values that guide the Organisation.<\/p>\n

This milestone is the culmination of ALM\u2019s integration process<\/strong>, whose entire share capital was acquired last July, in a strategic consolidation move for Colep Packaging<\/a><\/strong>. The process that has now been completed is more than an organisational change: it represents the merge of strengths, experience and talents of both teams, reinforcing the ability to deliver top quality products and solutions to the company\u2019s customers. It also reinforces Colep Packaging\u2019s value proposition to the market as the preferred partner for metal packaging solutions, both in tinplate and aluminium.<\/p>\n

As of 2025, the company previously known as ALM will adopt the corporate name Colep Packaging Barcelona, S.L<\/strong>. This plant will continue to be dedicated to the production of aluminium aerosols – a strategic segment for Colep Packaging – now with the support of a consolidated brand in the market.<\/p>\n

According to Paulo Sousa<\/a><\/strong>, Colep Packaging\u2019s CEO<\/strong>, „This integration is a testament to our commitment to growth, innovation, and collaboration.
