Quality Manager

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Quality System management development and maintenance guidelines and ensuring the fulfillment of internal, external and normative requirements;

  • Assure Quality System update accordingly ISO 9001 company policy and quality targets;

  • Promote and audit process best practices, launching and monitoring corrective and preventive actions;

  • Develop a solid culture of quality, designing processes that leverage the business opportunities;

  • Align and standardize quality management system and best practices between Portugal, Navarra and Poland;

  • Coordinate and support external and internal quality system audits;

  • Guarantee customer complaint answers;

  • Discuss quality issues with customers and promote the approval of quality agreements;

  • Discuss quality issues with local quality responsible and promote the investigation of root causes;

  • Guarantee the follow up of corrective and preventive actions and efficacy evaluation;

  • Follow up of Quality KPI’s and promote the development of actions to solve the problems by identifying the root causes.

We are looking for:

  • Experience with ISO 9001;

  • 2-3 years experience on Quality management;

  • Experience in industrial context;

  • Critical thinking and proactive;

  • Good analytical and synthesis capabilities;

  • Good planning and organizational skills;

  • Problem solving aptitude and ability;

  • Good communication skills;

  • Fluent in English language;

  • Achievement oriented.
