Technical Project  Management Technician

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Develop the process of tinplate control ensuring the compliance of its inspection plan;

  • Assure the homologation of new or alternative raw-materials, following the defined homologation tests and reporting the conclusions of them;

  • Collaborate in the definition of the main proprieties of the materials, issuing the respective technical specifications;

  • Assure the follow-up of the stock of materials under homologation in order to allow its utilization in an adequate lead-time;

  • Collaborate with production teams in the analysis of eventual problems associated with raw-materials proprieties;

  • Implementation of measures that increase the knowledge of the main raw-materials technical proprieties;

  • Support the activities related to the technical data information, including the definition of the bill of materials;

We are looking for:

  • Degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering;

  • Metallurgical/Technological specialization course (preferential);

  • Fluent in English language;

  • Experience in Project Management (preferential);

  • Good analytical and synthesis capabilities;

  • Good planning and organisational skills;

  • High propensity for technical and scientific approaches;

  • Problem-solving aptitude and ability;

  • Good communication skills;

  • Good IT knowledge, including Excel and Power Point;
