People & Culture Technician

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition;

  • Identify training needs for business units;

  • Coordinate integration process of new employees;

  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success;

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships;

  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation;

  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning;

  • Design, re-design and implementation of HR programs;

  • Leverage best practices and identify opportunities for efficiency.

We are looking for:

  •  University degree in Human Resources Management

  • Previous experience of 1 year (at least) in Generalist HR functions

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills;

  • Ability to comprehend, interpret and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws;

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;

  • Good English: Writing, Speaking & Comprehension;

  • Proactivity, initiative and dynamism;

  • Ability to build trust and credibility at all levels, and to be seen as a trusted partner to the business.
