Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Reception and Plant assistance activities;

  • Shipment of samples and others;

  • Analysis of supply needs and purchase orders;

  • Analysis and reporting;

  • Tracking and transportation of purchases;

  • Transportation of finish goods;

  • Reception and dispatch of goods;

  • Review invoices connected with POs placed or related with direct responsibilities;

  • Coordinate collections of waste and inserting data in BDO system;

  • Support to other departments;

  • Prepare periodical market research and tenders for specific services, collect offers for services and supplies;

  • Support in implementation of corporate initiatives, corporate image etc;

  • Compliance with Management System standards (Quality, Environment and Safety) and good practices.

We are looking for:

  • Business administration or High School degree in the fields of administrative/clerical studies, communications, or business;

  • Very good IT knowledge;

  • Knowledge of ERP is valued, preferably SAP;

  • Very good English language;

  • Good planning and organisational skills;

  • Good communication skills;

  • Problem-solving aptitude;

  • Attention to detail.

  • Internal Management System Procedures (Quality, Environment and Safety).
