Customer Service Specialist

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;

  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;

  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;

  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;

  • Manage incoming phone calls with customers;

  • Identify and assess customers ‘needs to achieve satisfaction.

We are looking for:

  • University degree in Marketing, Management, Sales Management or Engineering (Industrial Management preferential);

  • Proven customer support experience;

  • Good planning and organizational skills;

  • Proficiency in English (other languages are valued);

  • SAP Power User (preferential);

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of scenarios;

  • Excellent communication skills;

  • Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively;

  • Hardworking and highly motivated person, willing to be part of a team.
