Main Activities and Responsibilities:

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
-
Manage incoming phone calls with customers;
-
Identify and assess customers ‘needs to achieve satisfaction.
We are looking for:
-
University degree in Marketing, Management, Sales Management or Engineering (Industrial Management preferential);

Proven customer support experience;
-
Good planning and organizational skills;
-
Proficiency in English (other languages are valued);
-
SAP Power User (preferential);
-
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of scenarios;
-
Excellent communication skills;
-
Ability to multi task, prioritize and manage time effectively;
-
Hardworking and highly motivated person, willing to be part of a team.
