Communication Specialist (Part-Time)

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the definition and implementation of an integrated corporate communications plan according to the company’s global strategy and guidelines.

  • Ensure alignment with the shareholder´s vision for the positioning of the company, both receiving and applying the Board´s orientations and proactively proposing and submitting improvements.

  • Assure the correct implementation of brand guidelines across all sites, providing adequate training, updates and support to the local Corporate Image Delegates.

  • Conduct annual audits to the global implementation of Corporate Image, ensuring compliance across all sites.

  • Support the People & Culture Team in specific projects, ensuring a proper share of the company´s voice and values with employees through the most efficient combination of methods and channels.

  • Oversee the delivery of marketing external campaigns ensuring the engagement and alignment of the business priorities with the brand´s guidelines, voice and tone.

  • Develop different and targeted types of corporate materials.

  • Develop online/offline comprehensive and compelling content, ensuring that the right corporate story, voice and messaging is applied.

  • Provide the guidelines and strategy for online channels (social media and website), in close articulation with the technical and management teams.

  • Coordinate and organise corporate events (internal and external).

We are looking for:

  • Higher Education in Communication, Marketing or related fields.

  • Relevant communications experience (4/5 years), preferably in a B2B industrial environment.

  • Fluency in English, both oral and written.

  • Excellent writing, editing, and oral communication skills.

  • Creative and strategic thinking.

  • Curious, problem-solving and proactive attitude.

  • Global understanding of the digital environment and tools.

  • Ability to see the “whole picture” combined with full attention to detail.

  • Ability to deal with different teams across the organisation, negotiating and incorporating different views.
