Account Manager

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

Establish positioning, identify target audiences, and develop sales plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments;

Analyzes market dynamics in an effort to maximize existing successes and to create new sales growth opportunities;

Follow-up existing and new customers in order to maximize the sales;
-
Prepares forecasts, territory/industry management, and growth plans;
-
Identify and understand the specific local market requirements and develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and gross margins;
-
Partner with operations, order management, project execution and service teams to ensure the appropriate delivery of commitments to customers, and work to maximize customer
satisfaction; -
Analyses customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and best practices to build successful strategies.
We are looking for:

University degree in Engineering, Business Management, Economics or other relevant area.

Experience in similar positions will be valued;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Strong relationship building and negotiation skills;

Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills;
-
Proficiency in English (other languages
are valued); -
Goals/Results oriented;

Strong negotiation and analytical skills;

Availability to travel as needed.
