Sustainability Specialist

Main Activities and Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of the company’s global sustainability policy and framework;
• Coordinate sustainability performance monitoring and activity roadmap across the organisation;
• Coordinate the participation of Colep Packaging in Global Sustainability technology platforms, initiatives or ratings;
• Monitor the development of new regulation on Sustainability to clarify the impacts on our business;
• Organize training and communication to drive internal engagement and increase peoples’ competences;
• Collaborate in sustainability-related reporting activities;
• Support product innovation & development activities so as to guide the development of sustainable products at early stages;
• Develop proposals to improve sustainability practices in operations, infrastructure and equipment.

We are looking for:

• University degree;
• Complementary training in Sustainability (valued);
• Experienced in Sustainability in industrial environment;
• Fluent in English (mandatory);
• Proactivity, autonomy, responsibility and focus on Continuous Improvement;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organisation.
